Cancellation Policy
- Up to 60 days before arrival: No charge.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% charge.
- During stay: 100% charge.
- Change of Reservations: Possible until 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability (except in July and August).
Reservation Policy
- Reservation is guaranteed upon full payment of the stay and receipt of payment confirmation via email.
Children Policy
- Children under 1 year old: No charge if sleeping with parents. Please inform the staff at the time of booking if traveling with a baby.
- Cradle: Available for children up to 4 years old (extra cost).
- Extra Bed: Available for children up to 16 years old (extra cost).
- Restrictions:
- Children are not allowed in the Loft and Villa Mezannine.
- Children under 12 are not allowed in the Jacuzzi.
- Supervision: The garden, pool area, and Jacuzzi are not supervised by staff. Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children during their stay at Quinta do Miguel.
